  • Consulting Services: Fees for consulting services that have already been delivered or commenced are non-refundable.
  • Staffing Services: Once a candidate has been placed and has commenced work, fees associated with the staffing service are non-refundable.
  • Customized Services: Any service that has been specifically customized or tailored to meet the unique needs of the client is non-refundable once the work has begun.

5. Cancellations

  • Service Agreement Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a service agreement, you must do so within 7 days of signing the contract. To cancel, contact us at [email protected] with your contract details.
  • Cancellation of Ongoing Services: If you choose to cancel an ongoing service after it has commenced, you may be responsible for payment for the work completed up to the date of cancellation. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
